The room at Facing West was cozy and inviting, with a comfy bed that made me feel like I was sleeping on clouds. The desk was a great addition, perfect for catching up on work or writing postcards to friends.
Personally, I found the lack of a mini-fridge in the room a bit disappointing, but I'm sure others might not mind.

We had a fantastic time during our stay! the host was incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel like old friends. It was great to learn about the local area and get recommendations from someone who clearly cared about our experience. Plus, the views from the location were absolutely breathtaking! We couldn't get enough of the stunning landscape surrounding us.
While our overall stay was wonderful, there were a few minor issues. the double bed was a bit uncomfortable, which affected our sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this remote retreat! the views were breathtaking and the peacefulness of the landscape was just what I needed. the host, Dietmar, was incredibly friendly and gave me great recommendations for local activities. the spacious room had a wonderful view, and the breakfast provided was delicious. I loved the personal touch of Dietmar sourcing fresh eggs and creamy milk from a local farm. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The wifi connection was a bit unreliable, so streaming was not possible.
